The wearing of masks in the lobby is no longer mandatory for clients and staff. Clients have the option to request their massage therapist to wear a mask if they prefer.

 

For pregnant individuals:

kindly inform the front desk, including your stage of pregnancy, so that we can schedule you for a pre-natal massage with one of our specialized therapists.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling policy: 

Cancellations or reschedules of an appointment within 24hrs of it’s start time will be subject to a last minute cancellation/rescheduling fee of 70% of the appointment price. If I do not hear from you and you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment that was booked.

 

No tolerance policy:

Talon’s Massage is a safe space for all bodies, all body types, LGBTQ+ individuals, and BIPOC individuals. Anyone who exhibits any behavior against these values, groups, or individuals will be escorted off the premises and banned from booking with Talon’s Massage in the future. The safety and comfort of my clientele and myself are my top priority. I will not tolerate any hateful, hurtful, or racist behavior of any kind.

Additionally, any sexual or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated within this business at any point in time. Any such behavior will be subject to ending a session early, paying in full for the treatment scheduled, and possible legal action.

 

Payment:

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, HSA, and FSA payments. However, we do not accept American Express or personal checks.

 

For multi-party:

bookings of 3 or more people, a deposit of half the total service cost will be required at the time of booking.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for any sales, including gift certificates, series packages, and prepaid massage services. However, they are transferable and can be gifted to another person if you are unable to utilize them, in accordance with Oregon law.

 

We kindly ask that all guests:
– Refrain from visiting the clinic if they or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or any communicable illness.
– Adhere to the clinic’s sanitation and hygiene standards as communicated by our employees and posted within the clinic.
– Wash their hands prior to each treatment or service.

 

Hygiene policy:

regular cleaning and disinfection of the lobby and shared areas throughout the day. After each service, all treatment rooms undergo thorough cleaning with EPA grade disinfectants. Additionally, medical-grade air purifiers are installed in all treatment rooms, and a UV/ozone light system is used daily for additional disinfection. Hand sanitizers are readily available throughout the facility.
